build problem

Description

I've had a really difficult time trying to build the
boost libraries on Windows 2000. I'm trying to use
Jam, and I can't figure out how to put Jam.exe in my
path. It should be really simple, but it never
works. Anyway, I just copied all the Jam stuff into
my boost root directory. I tried to execute the
command
jam -sBOOST_ROOT="C:\boost_1_27_0" -sTOOLS="msvc"

I've attached a copy of the output as a text
document. I figure the fix is simple, but I have no
idea what it might be. Please let me know what you
think about how to fix this. Thanks.
